Kate Nolan, RP-Q

registered psychotherapist, qualifying

Hello, I’m Kate, a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.

I have had the privilege of working in child care settings supporting children of various ages, including children with special needs, and these experiences have deepened my passion for helping young people navigate their unique strengths and challenges.

I believe there is something incredibly meaningful about witnessing children learn, grow, and develop into the people they want to become. My work is guided by empathy, curiosity, mindfulness, and creativity, and I strive to create a safe and supportive space where children and youth feel understood, valued, and empowered.

I am passionate about meeting young people where they are, building authentic therapeutic relationships, and helping them discover the strengths and resilience that already exist within them.
