Clinical Supervision
for licensed mental health professionals
Our clinical supervision is a collaborative, supportive space designed to help therapists grow with confidence, competence, and clarity in their practice.
Supervision focuses on strengthening clinical skills, ethical decision-making, professional identity, and self-reflection, all while prioritizing client care and therapist well-being.
Supervision sessions offer a space to:
Discuss clinical cases and treatment planning
Explore therapeutic approaches and interventions
Navigate ethical dilemmas and professional challenges
Build confidence as a clinician
Reflect on countertransference, boundaries, and self-care
Supervision is tailored to your experience level, professional goals, and areas of interest. Whether you are newly in practice, learning a new approach, or seeking ongoing consultation, supervision is approached with curiosity, respect, and a strengths-based lens.
Our supervision is offered by Anne Tong (MSW RSW) and Colleen McLean (MSW RSW).
Available for individual supervision. Virtual and/or in-person options may be available.
