For children ages 6-10 years-old

What

A fun and interactive group to build confidence and empower kids to stand up for themselves and others. Participants learn how to navigate friendship conflict,  peer pressure, uncomfortable situations, and develop strategies to help move through moments that challenge their self-esteem. We use cooperative games, role-playing, and expressive arts to practice assertive communication, boundary-setting, and perspective taking. Participants practice their self-advocacy skills, empowering them to talk to their safe adults about tricky situations.

A 4-week group on Sundays from 2:30-3:30pm
