September 11, 7-8pm

If you dread the big emotions of daycare and school drop-offs,
or the end-of-day meltdowns,
let’s talk!

Tricky Transitions

proudly presented in partnership with the Parry Sound Public Library

Young people can spend an incredible amount of energy regulating and fitting into their environment when they’re away from the safety and security of home and caregivers.

We’ll share about separation distress and restraint collapse: what they are, why they happen, how we (all) experience them, and strategies to help.

There will be time for questions if you have them, too!

September 11, 7-8pm
online (Zoom) or in-person at the Parry Sound Public Library

Presented by Jess Golle, BA

Jess is the parent of three young children and recognizes the emotional toll that tricky transitions can have on young people and their caregivers. She is currently completing her Master of Counselling degree.
